Introduction
Welcome to Kala Social Connector! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kala Social Connector application (“Application” or “Service”), and any related services provided by Kala Technology (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Use of the Service
The Service is designed to connect to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to post jobs from the ATS to Facebook/Meta Jobs and to send candidates that apply via the posting on Facebook/Meta Jobs directly to the ATS.

  • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

2. Account Registration and Use
You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep this information up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kala Technology and its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
  • This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any job listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

4. User Contributions
The Service may allow you to submit content. You retain all of your ownership rights to your content but you are required to grant us a license to use, store, and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

5. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kala Technology.

  • Kala Technology has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
  • We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

8. Fees and Changes to Service
We reserve the right to charge fees for access to any part of the Service in the future. Changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance and will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to such changes and agreement to be bound by the updated Terms, including, but not limited to, the payment of any fees.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
