As well as Talent Recruiters assessment functionality a new quick step external assessment function has been added. Line Managers are often very busy and do not have the time to access systems to review candidates. HR can now shortlist candidates and forward profiles to Line Managers where they can score and leave comments via a quick link. The scores are automatically updated for each candidate giving HR the means to decide whether to progress to interview or reject the application.
